In 2020, a group of perfect strangers from varying backgrounds formed a nonprofit (501c3) organization that speaks to the needs of Black girls, young women, and nonbinary youth by providing 1::1 mentoring, peer-to-peer discussion, and culturally enriching activities. We came together collectively and created a multigenerational board who designed a comprehensive program that targets the nuanced hurdles of Black women.
